Shipments 

Daytime delivery request (9.00am – 12.00noon) 
For morning delivery, please place an order with payment(#) 2 working days before delivery date and input request for morning delivery during order under 'memo to us' section. 
* Morning delivery request not available during peak season (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day). 
We understood that sender hope the delivery to be morning surprise on the special day but due to high volume of delivery to be handling during peak season, we can't promise but we will try the best to fulfill. 
However, delivery will be done on the date specified during order. 

Night delivery (6.00pm - 10.00pm) 
Available every night during our working days except night before public holiday (e.g. Hari Raya, Christmas, New Year eve etc). 
You can select the time zone you prefer and it will be subject to surcharge on top of product price and delivery charges (if any). 
All the charges will be showing during order. 
Kindly contact us for confirmation before placing an order for night delivery to address not within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. 

Substitution 
We reserves the right to substitute any of the items based on availability to the most or next similar which is available at the date of the order / delivery. We would ensure that items replaced will be either equivalent or higher value.

REFUND POLICY

Important notes :

  • Sender must provide at least 1 contact number for recipient e.g. mobile phone. 
    Please provide alternative contact number if available e.g. 2nd mobile phone / office phone / house phone. We will confirm the address with recipient again before delivery. 
    We will NOT reveal the actual item until it received by recipient because we understand most of the sender need the gift/flower to be a surprise

  • Order status can be check from 'My Order Status' at our website header by input Order ID and E-Mail. 
    However, status will update manually by our customer service during working hour. 

  • In some cases, delivery may not be done within specified time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 
    This apply to all delivery time zone.
     

  • Fix time/express delivery available by extra delivery charges e.g. order must deliver between 2pm to 3pm otherwise recipient will not be there. Our reason to have these charges because we need to arrange an extra driver to make sure that the item can be delivering on particular time. 
    To avoid the charges, we suggest :- [please contact us for more details]
    For delivery to office : Deliver to receptionist or recipient colleague
    For delivery to house : Deliver to recipient family member or neighbour
    For delivery to college/university campus : Deliver to recipient friend if we can’t contact recipient. Please provide us recipient friend contact number for arrangement
