Please read the following terms & conditions carefully as the person making this flowers/gifts order is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these conditions on behalf of all persons (if any) in the order.

Hours of operation
Online ordering & payment system: 
24 hours a day, 7 days a week 

Customer service & delivery team: Monday to Sunday: 11.00am - 7.00pm (Lunch Time: 1.00pm - 2.00pm)

Before placing an order 

  • Please have your enquiry in details with products name, delivery date & address 

After placed an order 

  • For fast and easy reference, please state your order ID during communication with us 
  • Stay tuned with us as we will contact you by call / E-Mail if there any issue regarding your order. 
    We will make decision on your behalf if no reply from you. 

Order status

  • Can be check from our website header under 'My Order Status' by input Order ID & E-Mail or ;
  • Call our customer service during working hour

Order and payment

  • We accept payment via Bank In (Internet Banking/ATM/Counter) 
  • Upon order submission, you will receive Order Notification via email  
  • For payment by Bank In (Internet Banking/ATM/Counter) : 
    Please provide payment receipt with order ID by fax / E-Mail / MMS upon payment made. 
    Order will only be processed upon receive of payment(#) receipt.   
  • Kindly call us for order & payment (#) confirmation by quoting Order Number
    *** IMPORTANT NOTICE for payment via IBG (InterBank Giro transfer) / Cheque :
    We will ONLY processed the order after received of payment(#) / cleared into our bank account. 

Product price

  • Price published on our website will be change from time to time according to current market price. 
    Kindly arrange the payment soonest possible after order to avoid changes on product price and to reserve of material/stock to avoid out of stock.


  • Product picture shown for illustration purpose only. Fresh cut flowers on stock might be haven't fully bloom upon delivery. 
  • Tulips flower not available for delivery during Mother's day week.
  • As fresh flowers grown from natural, the flower buds colour tone & size might be different from the picture shown & it’s beyond our control. 
  • For delivery address OUT OF Melaka Areas production & delivery will be done by our affiliate florist nearest to recipient address. 
    Hence, the design and material use for flowers & gifts will be some difference compare with picture shown on our website. 
    However, it's value will be as ordered.


a.) Delivery / re-delivery charges 

  • Delivery charges (if any) will show during checkout provided correct city has been selected on recipient information section. 
  • We charging the delivery charges by 'per address' basis. 
    (e.g. : Deliver 3 different products to 1 address, we will only charging delivery charges for once)
  • City/Area shown defined as main town. It might be additional charges if the delivery address far away from main town. 
    We are using Google Map to confirm the address & charges. 
  • If for any reason recipient is not at the point of delivery & the products cannot be delivered or incorrect recipient address, a re-delivery charges will be imposed for each subsequent attempt to deliver the orders. 
  • Additional delivery charges will be imposed for the delivery out of our normal delivery time or deliver at fix time frame 
    (e.g. 2.00pm – 2.30pm or around 8.00pm). 

b.) Changes of particulars 

  • It will be a charges imposed for changes of particulars such as :
    • Delivery address : To address where impose or higher delivery charges
    • Message card : After it's been done/sealed

c.) Photo service for snapshot of end product image once the production done or with recipient during delivery.


  • To ensure smooth delivery, please provide recipient complete address & as many contact as you got. 
    Kindly confirm the address with recipient & Google Map.
  • For some restricted area (e.g. Office Tower, Menara Celcom, Government building etc), delivery will be only proceed upon recipient answer the call & arrange the delivery with our delivery team. 
  • Morning Delivery Request [9.00am – 12.00noon] : 
    Please place an order with payment(#) 2 working days before delivery date and input request for morning delivery during order under 'memo to us' section. 
    * Morning delivery request not available during peak season (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day). 
    We understood that sender hope the delivery to be morning surprise on the special day but due to high volume of delivery to be handling during peak season, we can't promise but we will try the best to fulfill.
    However, delivery will be done on the date specified during order.
  • Night delivery (6.00pm - 12.00am next day)
    Available every night during our working days except night before public holiday (e.g. Hari raya, Christmas, New Year eve etc). 
    You can select the time zone you prefer and it will be subject to surcharge on top of product price and delivery charges (if any). 
    All the charges will be showing during order. 
    Kindly contact us for confirmation before placing an order for night delivery to address not within Melaka. 
  • In some cases, delivery may not be done within specified time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 
    This apply to all delivery time zone.
  • Our delivery team will only try the best to deliver the products to the named recipient directly. 
    We might deliver the products to reception/colleague/neighbour/family member/representative/security post/friend/doorstep if your recipient not available/busy at the specified address provided during delivery.

Cancellation of orders / refund

  • It will be no refund upon completion of production. 
    Production will be done either day before or the day of delivery specified by sender. 
  • Unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect details provided will be no refund. 
    However, you will be contacted to make an alternative arrangement.
  • Order cancel by customer : Admin charges of 20% will be imposed from total payment(#) made
  • Order cancel by us : Full refund
  • Refund will done within 14 working days from the day we received bank details from customer   

Complaint / Feedback

  • In the event of complaint/feedback, please E-Mail / MMS the products picture within 12 hours from the time received as most of our product is perishable. 
    We will look into each case and reserves the right to the conclusion.
  • If we do not hear from you within 12 hours from delivery time, we will take it that products delivered in good order. 


  • We reserves the right to substitute any of the items based on availability to the most or next similar which is available at the date of the order / delivery. 
    We would ensure that items replaced will be either equivalent or higher value. 

Our work flow 

  1. Received of order & payment(#) 
  2. Prepare delivery order (DO) & message card 
  3. Proceed for production on the day / day before delivery 
  4. Arrange & proceed for delivery on the date specified 


  • We reserve the right to reject orders at our discretion

For payment via Bank In (Internet Banking/ATM/Counter) 
Provided (via fax / email / whatsapp ) of payment receipt / proof with order ID that indicate payment details such as date & time, beneficiary account name & number, amount ;
